Return Policy

If you request a return on an item already delivered, the customer must cover the shipping fee and you must ship it within 14 days of your order being delivered. Once we receive the item back, if it is not damaged, there is a 15% restocking fee that will be applied. 

Refund Policy

If you request a refund on an item that has not been fulfilled yet, 85% of your total order price, will be refunded. We keep 15% for our restocking fee. Once a refund is initiated, please allow a week for the money to be transferred back into your account. 

Final Sale Items

If you buy a final sale item, there is no refund on it. It is a custom item that is the reason it is marked as final sale. To check to see if it is a final sale item, check the product description.
